This is a few sections of Mike Pompeo’s first speech as director of the Central Intelligence Agency. Pompeo spent most of this talk, at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington DC, discussing WikiLeaks and the struggles the CIA faces due to the recent WikiLeaks CIA Vault 7 releases and whistleblowers in general.
